Payment and Terms

At Granite Peaks Home Inspections, we want to be flexible for you. That's why we've made it easy with multiple ways to pay for your inspection:

• Cash - Paying with cash allows for access to the report as soon as it has been completed. A $25 discount is applied to inspections or appointments paid in cash.

• Check - Checks are accepted and every attempt will be made for them to be deposited the same day as the inspection. However, the inspection report will not be sent out until the check has cleared.

• Venmo - Don't carry cash or checks? No problem! If you have a Venmo account, digital payments are welcome. 

• Credit Card - Credit card payments are the go-to for most people. Cards are accepted in person and over the phone. 

The inspector always encourages you, the client, to be present for the home inspection, even if only for a short time at the end. We do, however, understand that that is not always a possibility due to jobs and busy schedules. If you plan to attend the inspection, payment is always accepted on site and in person. If you are unable to attend the inspection, it is required that payment be made in full prior to the beginning of the inspection. Meeting for payment can often be arranged if payment by cash or check is preferred in these instances.
